De-commissioning of an FDPSO & Plug and Abandonment of 12 wells in Congo West Africa. Combined construction activities into one master schedule looking for schedule impacts against project (WBS) milestones. Resource loaded schedule to show manpower overvaluations. Levelized and smoothed resources to reduce impacts. Ran look ahead reports for Management for weekly meeting updates. Developed reports for showing delays, work arounds to improve Decommissioning and modifications for recovery of delayed work. Schedule was developed using Microsoft Project.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Hess Corporation, North Dakota                                      Feb-2013 – Aug 2013

             

lead project scheduler for Hess Corporation at their $900+ million gas plant expansion in Tioga, ND. Upon arrival in February of 2013, there were minimal project controls measures in place. Helped integrate 8 contractor schedules into a single IMS, along with implementing weekly reporting standards to include overall progress, manpower/man-hours, and commodity tracking.

 

 

Noble Energy, Houston                                                     May-2012 – Feb-2012

             

Project Planner / Scheduler for the FEED development of the field and deepwater host FPSO to handle 1 BCF/Day production. Studies included Hull Selection, Mooring & Riser Systems, Dynamic Simulations, Process Selection, Contract Strategy and ITT Tender Package Preparation of a level 3 resources loaded Schedule using P6.

 

DCP Midstream LLC, Houston                                          Oct 2009 – May 2012

Upgrade expansion of Raywood Cryogenic Gas Plant – Texas, USA

 

Preparation of a level 3 resource loaded Schedule and Cost Estimating Model

For the expansion of a cryogenic gas plant. The Cost Model incorporated

quantities estimated and associated current cost norms for construction and

supply of bulk materials.

 

 

Turnaround Manager – Raywood Gas Plant -  DCP Midstream, Texas

 

Turnaround Manager of a 3 plant Cryogenic Gas Plant, including the development of a level 3 schedule and cost tracking.  Responsibility included JSA safety meetings, coordination of onsite activities and recording/reporting daily activities to management.

 

Gulf Plains Gas Plant – Turnaround – DCP Midstream Texas

 

Built a WBS structure for Plant Maintains activities to get proper Earned Value (EV). Worked with financial group for development of reports for Sr. management. Developed resource loaded schedules. Schedules include engineering, manufacturing, installation and commissioning of equipment. Developed critical path method CPM) based on critical milestones or anchor milestones of the project. Worked with the outage/daily scheduling groups for proper work windows for tie-ins and installation of equipment being modified or replaced. Developed special reports for supervisors/management for recovery plans using 6.0/6.2/6.7 Primavera software.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Mobile Bay Gas Plant- Turnaround-DCP Midstream-AL

Combined all in-house maintenance activities and construction activities into one master schedule looking for schedule impacts against project (WBS) milestones. Resource loaded schedule to show manpower overalications in maintenance work. Levelized and smoothed resources to reduce impacts. Ran look ahead reports for superintendents for daily meeting updates. Developed special reports for management showing delays and work arounds to improve scrubber/plant project modifications and make-up plans for recovery of delayed work. Schedule was developed using Primavera 6.7 and 7.0 software.

 

 

 

Scheduler & Cost Engineer - Redevelopment of MP225-A GOM Platform

             

Job Responsibilities:

·               Responsible for development of schedule, and estimate to complete data for assigned task under the direction of a lead project controls.

·               Creation of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and development of schedules for those WBS.

·               Analyze schedule progress and performance and identify development areas.

·               Assemble and compile schedule and input them into the project control database and provide output to the project team.

·               Participate in claim analysis and negotiation.

·               Analyze critical path and restraints to determine the effect of changes to the schedule recommend work-around

·               Management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances.

·               Advise management of risks that may affect project schedules and client Relations.

·               Development and maintenance of any periodic (daily, weekly, monthly) Status reports to keep management and/or owner informed on project progress. These reports may include schedule status, and earned value curves reports on either direct or indirect construction activities that are a part of the work.
