of a level 3 resource loaded Schedule and Cost Estimating Model For
the expansion of a cryogenic gas plant. The Cost Model incorporated quantities
estimated and associated current cost norms for construction and supply
of bulk materials. Turnaround Manager – Raywood Gas Plant
- DCP Midstream, Texas Turnaround
Manager of a 3 plant Cryogenic Gas Plant, including the development of a
level 3 schedule and cost tracking. Responsibility included JSA safety
meetings, coordination of onsite activities and recording/reporting daily
activities to management. Gulf Plains Gas Plant – Turnaround – DCP
Midstream Texas Built
a WBS structure for Plant Maintains activities to get proper Earned Value
(EV). Worked with financial group for development of reports for Sr.
management. Developed resource loaded schedules. Schedules include
engineering, manufacturing, installation and commissioning of equipment.
Developed critical path method CPM) based on critical milestones or anchor
milestones of the project. Worked with the outage/daily scheduling groups for
proper work windows for tie-ins and installation of equipment being modified
